If you want to know more about the work I do, please see my website. All appointments are online via zoom and can be done as a part of a group or one to one. Group work tends to be more about enhancing wellbeing. One to one work can be purely focused on a health or wellbeing issue, or the need to understand and break damaging patterns (and of course wellbeing is a part of that) .
To book an appointment, please choose an appointment type from the descriptions below AND THEN CHOOSE YOUR TIME ZONE. You will be taken to another page where you will provide your name and contact details and you can choose an appointment time from the diary listings. You can enter payment details at that time (please note that this scheduling system will save your card details in the system - there is no way I can disable this. Please don't enter your card details if you don't want it on this system!) or you can pay at the time of the appointment. You will receive an email confirmation and a few email reminders of the appointment itself. The email confirmation will have a zoom link for the appointment. All you need to do is 'tap' on the link and you'll be taken to the zoom call.
On the day of the appointment it is best if you have privacy, water and a comfy place to lie down. Often people find it best to be on a portable device so they can lie down during parts of the work. You can also stay sitting the whole time - it's up to you. If you prefer to work with audio only, that can be arranged, just get in touch after the appointment has been made.
