To book an appointment, scroll through the appointment types to choose the one right for you then:

choose an appointment type
enter the time zone you will be in for the appointment. Then you will be taken to another page where you will
provide your name and contact details and finally
you can choose an appointment time from the diary listings.
complete the intake form if needed (no need if you have completed it in the last year)
scroll down to the end to make the appointment.

You can pay immediately or on the day of the appointment using BACS transfer or providing card details.

You will receive an email confirmation and a few email reminders of the appointment itself. For online offerings, the email confirmation will have a zoom link for the appointment. All you need to do is 'tap' on the link and you'll be taken to the zoom call when it is time for the appointment. For in person offerings, the email will have those details as well.

If you are online it is best if you have privacy, water and a comfy place to lie down. Often people find it best to be on a portable device (mobile or laptop) so they can lie down during parts of the work. If you prefer to work with audio only, that can be arranged, just get in touch after the appointment has been made.
